Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ai-graph-olap.com, the VioGraph demo environment, and the open-source VioGraph software. By using any of the above, you agree to these terms. Last updated April 2026.
1. The VioGraph software
The VioGraph platform is distributed under the Apache License 2.0. Your rights and obligations when using the software are governed by that license, available at github.com/b4uharsha/vio-graph-olap/blob/main/LICENSE.
2. Demo environment
The public demo at ai-graph-olap.com/dashboard is provided for evaluation only. It contains sample data we make available for product exploration. Do not upload confidential or personal data to it. We may reset, throttle, or take the demo offline without notice, and we make no availability or data-retention guarantees on it.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to extract data about other visitors.
- Do not run destructive queries against shared demo instances.
- Do not attempt to compromise the hosting infrastructure.
- Do not use the software to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
4. Warranty disclaimer
The VioGraph software and website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Enterprise customers with commercial agreements receive warranties as defined in that contract; those warranties supersede this section.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vioah Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of VioGraph, the demo environment, or this website. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
