Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Vioah Ltd collects through viograph and ai-graph-olap.com, and how we use it. Last updated April 2026.

1. Who we are

VioGraph is a product operated by Vioah Ltd, registered in England & Wales, based in London, UK. You can reach our Data Protection contact at [email protected].

2. What we collect

  • Website analytics: anonymised page views via Plausible.io (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers).
  • Contact form / email: if you email sales or support, we keep the conversation for service purposes.
  • Demo dashboard usage:the demo instance at ai-graph-olap.com/dashboard shows sample data only. Queries you run are not associated with an identity unless you've contacted sales.

3. What we do not collect

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not run ad-tracking pixels or behavioural advertising.
  • For self-hosted deployments of VioGraph, we have no visibility into your warehouse data, queries, or user activity.

4. How we use what we collect

To respond to your enquiry, to understand aggregate website usage so we can improve our product and docs, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not profile visitors or share information with third parties except as described below.

5. Subprocessors

We use a small number of service providers to operate our website and products:

  • Google Cloud Platform — website + demo hosting
  • Plausible.io — privacy-first analytics (EU-hosted)
  • Google Workspace — email
  • GitHub — source code + issue tracking

An up-to-date subprocessor list is available on request for enterprise customers.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port any personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Retention

We keep sales-enquiry emails for 24 months from last contact. Aggregate analytics are kept for 12 months. Customer-relationship data (for paying customers) is kept for the duration of the contract plus the period required by UK accounting law.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting paying customers will also be communicated by email.
